Furnace & Moulding Department
At L S Overseas, our Furnace and Moulding Department serves as the backbone of our production process. We operate a 300 kg capacity Electrotherm furnace, ensuring precise temperature control, uniform melting, and consistent alloy composition for brass and other non-ferrous materials.
To support continuous and efficient production, we also have a high-precision billet cutting machine that delivers clean, accurate, and uniform billets - minimizing material loss and ensuring smooth flow for subsequent operations.

Brass Grades We Manufacture
